I’m a physical therapist working in a nursing home. Every day I work with people who can no longer walk safely, get up from a chair, or live on their own. Most didn’t decline overnight, it was years of less movement and bad habits slowly catching up.
✅I created this community to help middle-aged adults stay strong, mobile, and independent as they age. The goal is not to become an athlete, but to keep doing the things that matter:
