Nothing fancy, I'm not super jacked -- I just built a physique I'm happy using a minimalist approach, and maybe others would like to also.
šŖ I put on 20kg (45lbs) of muscle using an 'outdated' method..
āļø within 6 months
āļø doing the same 15 minute routine daily
āļø at home
WITHOUT:
ā A Gym membership
ā Fancy equipment
ā Hours a day
ā Counting calories
ā Forcing myself to eat
ā Complex routines and splits
ā Heavy weights
ā Complex calisthenics
ā Isometrics I can't understand
ā Fatigue, injuries, overtraining or sore joints
I am a 6"7 lanky 30+ year old, with high metabolism and joints that ache at the sight of a bench press, so I was pretty stoked with those results.
I stopped for the past one year and lost 10kg.
But now I'm back to put the 5lbs dumbbell routine to the test.
And to prove the light dumbbell method promoted by Eugen Sandow/Professor Attila etc., is not a mere gimmick, but a great way to build a great physique.
