Let's introduce ourselves
Hi everyone, I’m Paolo Cacciato, the founder of EU Asia Lab. In this video, I explained that our community is not just an academy but a collaborative laboratory where professionals can share experiences, insights, and learn from each other’s successes and mistakes in East Asia markets. I will be providing short courses, typically 15 to 20 minutes, focusing on various business opportunities. I encourage you to introduce yourselves through short videos and share your activities and materials, as this will help us all connect better. Let’s work together to make European companies successful in their projects in the Far East!

First Skool about EU Asia business strategy
A private, hands-on community for European professionals operating between Europe and Asia. Full description EU–Asia Lab is a private professional community for European-based professionals who work — or want to work — with Japan, China, and Korea. This is not a course, and not a generic business network. EU–Asia Lab is a practical lab where members: - analyze real EU–Asia business cases - learn how market entry decisions are actually made - understand cultural and strategic blind spots that cost time, money, and credibility - exchange experience with peers facing similar challenges - The focus is on how European companies and professionals really operate in Asian markets, not on theory or abstract frameworks. Inside the Lab you’ll find: - real-world case breakdowns (entry strategies, partnerships, negotiations) - practical tools and templates used in EU–Asia projects - cultural decoding of meetings, emails, and negotiations - peer discussion and feedback from professionals working on active cases The goal is simple:to help you operate credibly, strategically, and effectively in Asian markets. What this is NOT - Not a language school (even we will use some keywords in japanese, chinese, koreans to understand the business framework and corporate systems) - Not an academic course - Not a generic “Asia business” community - Not a place for passive content consumption Participation and real professional interest are essential. 🔹 WHO THIS IS FOR EU–Asia Lab is a good fit if you are: - an export or international business manager - a business developer or consultant - a project or strategy professional involved with Asia - a founder or professional exposed to Asian markets - a professional transitioning into Asia-related roles - company owners 🔹 WHO THIS IS NOT FOR - students with no professional experience - people looking only for theory or certifications - those interested exclusively in language learning - anyone not actively engaged (or aiming to engage) in EU–Asia business
