Selling personalized stuff and made a sale. Didn't have the font the person liked displayed....so I looked at customers favorites and examined what they had favorited in the past. I found a font on the page..took a screenshot and asked chatgpt what the font was and which font in canva was similar. Went to canva created the personalized thing for customer and they loved it.

A lot of times people dont know what a font is...and they cant express what they want. Being able to see people's favorites is a big help for a lot of reasons, but especially to get to know your customer.
