Did you know that in order for customers to purchase from you, they need to trust you and if you haven't added all the trust factors to your shop, you are actually repelling customers away. Here are some things that help to build trust: - A filled out About Me along with your picture - A professional looking shop banner - policies filled out - A testimonial image in all of your listings (if you have them) - FAQ's filled out - Cohesive branding throughout your shop in both colors, styles and fonts.
