Introductions!
Welcome to ESTI ON THE INSIDE!
There is so much out there for solo providers and business owners but what about the estheticians who work for someone else? What if you love being a part of a collaborative team but still want to grow your career, build a loyal clientele and make really good money without having to own a business. You deserve education and mentorship too!
I want this to be a place where we can ask questions, share ideas, learn from each other and talk about the stuff nobody really teaches us in school.
