Monthly live call: AI Q&A is happening in 9 days
Pinned
Start here: how this group works
Welcome. Here's the whole plan. 1. Watch Start Here in the Classroom (about 15 minutes). 2. Introduce yourself in Introductions: your market, your brokerage, and the one job you want AI to take off your plate. 3. Work through the course, start to finish. Your first 30 days are four weeks, one assignment each. Post the result in Wins, even if it's small. All four weeks are open now, so go at your own pace. 4. Learn from the group. Ask questions, and see what's working for other agents. 5. Stay current. Come to the monthly live call, or watch the recording in the Classroom. New tools and prompts land there too. Three rules we never break: - Read every word before it goes out. - Keep private client details out of AI tools. First names are enough. - Fair housing applies to everything AI writes for you.

Next live call: Tuesday, November 10 at 12:00 pm PT
60 minutes on Skool Call. Find it on the Calendar. Bring one real thing: a prompt that didn't work, a listing you're writing, an objection you're stuck on. Post it below ahead of time and we'll start with those. Can't make it? The recording goes into the Classroom under Live Calls and Updates within a day.

This week: your first ten prompts
This week's assignment: run three of prompts 1 to 7 on real work. Reply here with: the prompt you used, what you changed, and one thing that surprised you. Best replies get picked for Friday's roundup and the next live call.

New lesson: Claude Projects, your business brief saved
New in Claude A to Z > Set it up once: Claude Projects. If you keep pasting the same background into Claude every time you start a chat, this one fixes it. Set up a project once and every new chat in it already knows your business. What's in it: 1. What goes in project knowledge, and how to have Claude interview you to write it. 2. The instruction line that matters most: "ask me instead of guessing." 3. Why I keep memory off, and what I do instead. 4. The two projects I'd build first as an agent: your business brief and a listings project. Downloads on the lesson: the starter, my full agent setup, and the anti-AI-slop file I promised in the video. Drop that one into your project's knowledge and your drafts stop sounding like AI. Open the lesson: Claude Projects, your business brief saved Your turn: what's the first project you'd set up, and what's the one file you'd put in it? Reply below.
