I would like to welcome all members and introduce myself let me clear " No" am not Jose Mourinho lol , when it comes to Youth Futsal and soccer or the way we like to call it (Grassroots Soccer) in the U.S.A. You might say I am , I have seen it all from kids who love the game train everyday to the ones who say Coach is this done yet or do it because there forced , I want to come on and help coaches understand the nature of having those kids breaking through challenges as i did with learning sign language to help a player feel welcomed amongst his friends and other players , I have talked to kids where there passion was another sport but did it because mom and dad forced them too.Coaches get ready now this is going to be fun i will show you different methods different play styles tactics and guidance to make practice not so overwhelming for the players and for yourself or an assistant if you have one get ready for the ride because here we go !!!!!
