Welcome EVERYBODY!
Welcome to Erin’s Roundtable 🌿 I’m so glad you’re here. This is the space I’ve wanted to build for a long time — a place where we can talk about the stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into an Instagram caption. Metabolic health, hormones, cholesterol, peptides, nicotine patches, what’s actually worked for you and what hasn’t — all of it, without worrying about getting flagged or shut down mid-conversation Here’s what this is: a roundtable, not a lecture. I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned and what I’m currently exploring, but the real value here is us — everyone bringing their own experience, their own protocols, their own results (good and bad) to the table. Ask questions. Share your doses, your wins, your “this didn’t work for me” stories. Debate the stuff that doesn’t have a clean answer yet — because a lot of this doesn’t. I can’t wait to hear what you’re working on, what you’re curious about, and what you want to dig into first!
My Grand puppy peptide stack
Funny my 6 year old Great Dane grand puppy just got diagnosed with heart failure and DCM so with his meds we're going to add SS31 Plus KPV fingers crossed.

Iodine Supplementation
@Erin Oprea can you provide insight into your iodine intake, why, how much, resources to check out, etc? I am currently looking into but most things I am finding are censored versions. Thanks in advance
Sea moss??
I’ve struggled with thyroid issues for 40 Years. Prescriptions have never helped. Up. Down - I’ve been hearing a lot of sea moss gel but so skeptical these day. @Erin Oprea or anyone else have any insight? Thanks in advance.
