CALM BODY is a nervous system-based approach to yoga, somatics, and real-life regulation for people who feel like they’re holding too much.
This space was created for overwhelmed humans, sensitive nervous systems, tired parents, overthinkers, people carrying stress in their body, and those trying to reconnect with themselves underneath the noise.
Inside you’ll find:
