β
Correct first priority: B β Assess airway
Why:
In emergency care, airway always comes first (ABC: Airway β Breathing β Circulation).
Patient has low oxygen saturation (86%) and cold, clammy skin, which may indicate hypoxia or shock.
Once airway is secured, you can apply oxygen, check vitals, and call the physician.
π‘ Tip for practice:
Always follow ABC approach in ER.
Quick airway assessment can save lives before any other interventions.
