• Chicken, fish, eggs
• Lentils, chickpeas
🍊 Vitamin C – boosts immunity & wound healing
• Oranges, kiwi, bell peppers
🥬 Zinc – supports skin repair
• Nuts, pumpkin seeds, meat
🥕 Vitamin A – maintains healthy skin
• Carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach
