Tameca Brown, is the CEO and Founder of EPIC-EI. A leadership development organization centered on Emotional Management. She is also an accomplished senior-level healthcare executive and Registered Nurse. She holds both a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capella University in addition she is a Doctoral candidate in Health Administration. She is the author of her true to life story “From Fostered to Fortune: Empowered by Emotional Intelligence”. She gives freely of her time ,some of her memberships include the National Society of Leadership Success , Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Sorority, National Association of Director of Nursing, and she also serves on the North Carolina Nurse Workforce Council. Tameca has a personal mission to “Elevate the Performance of People and Influence Culture,” by inspiring excellence, fostering meaningful change, and intentionally creating healthier organizations and communities.
