Beta Forge In full Effect!
Some of you know some you may not know, and a few of you are in the beta forge right now. We are coming into the last two weeks. Two weeks from today will be the close of the very first forge man. It has been an epic journey that we have been on, and so powerfully inspiring, motivating, and in the for progress for myself and I believe for the men inside of the forge has been astronomical. We've had weight loss, financial gain, connection with family and self—nobody's business. The team has really moved forward this group of brothers, the founding fathers of the forge. Our moving towards completion and the close of our test, and we're going to start using this thread here as the place that we throw out all the amazing successes we have had so far. That financial increase above and beyond what we expected and thought was possible. And that possibility was even still a risk, and still we've successfully achieved and exceeded those numbers. We are on a weight journey, fitness journey, a connection with our kids, ourselves, and financial growth— all things which most people say you got to get focused on one thing and give up on everything else. To really be a successful, an incredible man, the best father and man you can be in this world is not about doing one thing and leaving everything else to ruin. But being able to manage and handle all aspects of your life to completion and success. This is where it's at. This is how it happens. This is where we make change. The forge is real. And you're welcome to join next week. We're going to open up the beginning of the next forge sign-ups, and we look forward to you being part of the very first forge. What will you forge in 2026? 💪💰😂👪🛝🔥

SHOWING UP EVEN WHEN IT'S HARD
The way I see it, The Proving Grounds isn’t about being perfect it’s about showing up when most people would quit. Life, business, fitness, mindset… all of it gets tested here. Lately I’ve been pushing myself to stop overthinking and just take action. Even on days when I feel tired or unmotivated, I remind myself that this is where growth actually happens. This is the stage where you prove to yourself that you’re built for more. I joined this community because I want to keep challenging myself and stay consistent, no matter how messy the journey gets. If you’re here for the same reason, then we’re already on the same path. Let’s keep pushing and show ourselves what we’re really capab le of.
I used to think busy and productive were the same thing.
I remember one year, I was working 60-hour weeks, always running, always putting out fires. I had this constant, tight knot in my chest, a low-grade feeling of chasing a train that had already left the station. I’d fall into bed exhausted, but if you asked me what big thing I had actually finished, I couldn’t tell you. I was just reacting to whatever email or text hit my phone. I was in constant motion, but I was going nowhere. One Sunday night, I finally forced myself to sit down with a blank page. The house was quiet, and for the first time all week, so was my head. I looked at my calendar and saw the truth. 80% of my effort was spent on small, unimportant tasks. I was forging scrap metal instead of the strong, sharp tool I actually needed. I realized the work isn't just doing the reps; it’s stopping to check your form. The weekly review is where you take the week's chaos and integrate it into one clear path. It’s the Forgemaster’s time to stop hammering and inspect the quality of the steel. This honest self-reflection isn't meant to be a lonely process. We share what we forge here because seeing your brothers win and fail gives you the perspective you need for your own work. We stop the chaos together so we can all move forward with intention. Where did you spend the most time this past week, and was it building the man you want to be? What is the single most important action you need to declare for tomorrow to shift your momentum? Your action today: Declare your single, primary action for tomorrow right now. Write it down. Say it out loud. Make that promise to yourself

Quick one for the dads in here - something I’ve been seeing a lot lately, and maybe it’ll help someone.
Quick one for the dads in here - something I’ve been seeing a lot lately, and maybe it’ll help someone. Men always talk about wanting to “get fitter,” “lose the belly,” or “sort themselves out”…but when you’re a dad, it’s not really about a six pack. it’s about having the energy to play with your kids without feeling wrecked, being able to handle stress without snapping, and setting the example you want your kids to follow one day. Over the last few years, something clicked for me:It’s much easier to stay consistent when you stop trying to train like your 20-year-old, free-time version of yourself…and start training like a dad with limited time, responsibilities, and a real life. Here are the 3 things that made the biggest difference for me: 1️⃣ Keep it simple - full body 3x per week beats any “bro split.”Short, efficient sessions with the main movements (push, pull, squat, hinge, carry). You stay stronger, fitter, and more consistent with less time. 2️⃣ Protein & steps are the dad cheat codes. If you do nothing else…eat protein with each meal and hit 7-10k steps a day. Energy goes up, hunger goes down, stress improves. 3️⃣ Don’t chase motivation. Build habits that don’t rely on it. Kids get sick. Work gets busy. Sleep gets broken.Motivation disappears fast - habits keep you moving.Even 15 minutes counts. If this helps even one dad here get moving again, class. We’re all trying to be better for our families, and sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest impact. Curious - what’s the one thing you struggle with most when it comes to staying consistent as a dad?Drop it below… might help someone else reading too.
The Trap of "Doing It All"
I used to believe that as a man on my own, I had to do everything. And that belief was costing me the one life I have. I can still picture those late nights, grinding away at the office. I was crushing my goals, and my bank account looked solid. I'd get home, toss my keys in the bowl, and the clink would just echo in the dark apartment. I was the one driving the mission, paying the bills, planning the future, and holding myself accountable. There was no one else to pick up the slack. I had optimized everything... except the man in the mirror. I was building this financial empire but my physical temple was crumbling. I was so focused on building a Vault for my future, I forgot to build a life for my present. That's a lonely, hollow feeling. I learned that "doing it all" doesn't mean you have to sacrifice yourself in the process. The real work isn't just building the Vault (your finances). It's building the Temple (your body) and the Chalice (your inner world) at the same time. When you're on your own, it's easy to feel like you're the only one in the fight. But you're not. This brotherhood is filled with men who are on that same path, forging their own destiny. We're all learning to build ourselves, for ourselves, right alongside you. 1. Where are you building your Vault (finances/career) at the expense of your Temple (health) or Chalice (mind)? 2. What is one small, non-negotiable action you will take for yourself this week, not for your goals, but for the man you are today? Your action today: Stop being just the architect for "future you." Look at your calendar. Block out 30 minutes this week for your Temple (a high-intensity workout) or your Chalice (strategic journaling). Treat it like the most important meeting you have.
