馃毃 Revamping EntreSpeak 馃毃 Missions & Clusters 馃毃
Hello EntreSpeakers!
We're mixing things up to ensure that everyone finds their best fit & pace for growth in our community. Here's a snapshot of the exciting new changes we're rolling out:
  • Community Feed Access: Every member will have unrestricted access to our community feed & all educational content in the 'classroom'
  • Personalised Mission Entry: You choose when to take on Missions. Reach out when you're ready & we'll integrate you into a Cluster.
  • Dedicated Clusters for Committed Members: Clusters are designed as mini-communities to help you start right from Mission one without the need to catch up.

Okay, we are changing things up a little bit because after all change is a positive thing and it's why I assess that you're all here to create change in how you speak and how you communicate. In all areas of life being open to new information or better insights allows us to update our understanding of things and from there we can make the relevant course corrections to make things better.
Whether it's personal beliefs or professional strategies, being adaptable ensures that we are always moving forward, refining our approach as we learn. And we've been learning a whole lot about the Skool platform over the last few weeks and because of that, many different options are just opening up. And this will help us make this community much stronger. It's about being committed, yet not attached.
So with this in mind, we're updating EntreSpeak's structure. I've mentioned many, many times that I'm about radical accountability and taking action in the face of discomfort. However, in all of my excitement, I've had to pull back on the reins and catch myself, because we recognise that community members progress at varying speeds.
Some are eager to dive right in, while others prefer a more gradual approach. I've always been a 'choose both' kind of person. So I asked myself instead of removing people who have not yet committed to a mission, how can I encourage and add value to them until they're ready? When you join the community, you may want to sit in the general feed forever or after a day, you could be ready to take action and jump straight into mission number one.
Either way to accommodate these diverse approaches we have chosen to make the community feed accessible to everyone, as well as all of the educational videos in the classroom tab. This way all members can learn and gain value at their own pace. And once members feel ready to fully engage and commit to the missions, we ask that they reach out to myself or any of the other admins to express their commitment.
Upon receiving this request, we will assign them to a specific cluster where they're going to find the instructions for their missions. Until then, these clusters are locked. Think of clusters as mini communities within our larger community, because they help us organise things better so that members can easily find missions that are relevant to them. This way, newly committed members don't feel overwhelmed or left out. Instead of having to catch up on multiple missions, they can start fresh with their clusters mission journey, ensuring that everyone starts at mission number one and then progresses from there.
This is where the radical accountability comes into play. So once you're in, you're all in. You will need to submit your missions before the due date to remain in the community. Like I said, choose both. It's where you get to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, because you made the choice to become a powerful and engaging speaker.
So when you're ready, reach out to one of the admins or myself and then we will assign you to the cluster.
