At the end of the day, it is all about personal preference, but I find that it is much more effective to take it first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach so that it can fully digest.
It is okay to eat once it is digested which usually takes about an hour & it's taken when there's nothing else in your stomach so that it digest evenly.
It's also fine to take it in the afternoon.
I do offer capsule blends that make you more sleepy & relaxed, and these can be taken closer to bedtime, but I would not recommend taking your microdose right before you go to bed.
Taking it earlier in the day will allow you to engage with your microdose instead of just falling asleep on it.
That isn't a good way to immerse yourself in your microdose.
I definitely would recommend taking the microdose as soon as possible.
I personally get the maximum benefit when I take the microdose first thing in the morning, it helps to set the tone for the day.
Even after the microdose wears off, which usually happens in about 4 to 6 hours, I remain in that vibration until I go to bed.
Remember to take it at the same time each day that you are microdosing & do not double dose in one day or take it again in 6 to 12 hours.
Make sure that there is a 24 hour gap in between your microdoses, otherwise your tolerance may be too high & you will not feel it the same way.
Always remember not to microdose every single day, it is okay to microdose up to 5 days in a row, but after that, you should give yourself at least two days off the medicine to allow your tolerance to drop so that you will get the best effect from it.
