Microdosing helps you to unlock your full potential
What if I told you that a tiny dose of psychedelic medicine could help you unlock your full potential? Let's talk about microdosing. Microdosing is when you take a sub-perceptual amount of psychedelic medicine multiple times per week. Many people do this to enhance creativity, focus & overall well-being, myself included. Many people are realizing that just taking a tiny little amount, can lead to incredibly huge changes in our lives. Microdosing helps you to feel more connected, energized & inspired. It could very well be the key that unlocks your hidden potential that you didn't even know existed. Many people who microdose on a regular basis report enhanced mental clarity, as well as increased emotional stability. Microdosing is not about escaping reality. It teaches you how to tap into it & to be fully present with it. While a larger dose of psychedelic medicine definitely has its place & it can be incredibly life-changing, there is also so much to learn & gain within the realm of microdosing.

Microdosing helps you integrate bigger journeys
Microdosing is one of the most effective ways to integrate your deeper psychedelic experiences. Often times when we take a big dose of psychedelic medicine, we get hit with a lot of realizations & one of the most effective ways that I have found to help integrate this is to microdose on a regular basis. When you take something like a microdose, you are tapping into the psychedelic space, you are not fully immersing yourself. When you tap into that space, it's going to help you remember things that you realized & things that you experienced on your bigger doses. You may even remember a lot of stuff that you forgot. There is a lot of different energy & information coming at you with a bigger experience & it's very easy to forget some of it. This is why I tell people to consistently work with the medicine in microdoses, because it's going to help you integrate those lessons into your life so that you can truly benefit from them.

Re-train your brain
There are a bunch of neural pathways within our brain & it's how our brain communicates with itself. It's how the brain gets information from one point to another point & when we experience trauma it disconnects & damages these neural pathways, which is what creates many negative mental health symptoms. Microdosing promote something called neurogenesis. This is the creation of new neural pathways & it allows the already existing pathways to begin communicating with each other. Once these pathways begin to connect, is when information can start being passed back & forth again, but in order for microdosing to work, you have to do it for an extended period of time. You need to give your brain a chance to be on the medicine. You have to experience life through that vibration & memorize how it feels in your body. You have to allow the neurogenesis to take place which takes time. It will re-train your brain to a much more expanded perspective & it will help you to create those new neural pathways.

You don’t need to take a lot to get the benefits
So many people will hear somebody suggest psychedelics to everybody as a broad statement & they will begin to panic because they will immediately start thinking of taking 4 hits of acid or 4 grams of mushrooms & that is not what I personally mean when I am suggesting people take psychedelics. I am suggesting that people try microdosing first to see how they respond to it. I am not talking about big doses. You do not need to take a ridiculously high dose in order to get the benefit. If anything, you have to have years & years of experience in microdoses & low doses before you will, at all, be ready to take a big dose. Those big doses are just not for everybody but microdosing is a middle ground between not using psychedelics & using them in big doses. Taking a large amount of a psychedelic with no prior planning about the set & setting, intentions & being in the right frame of mine before you do it is going to lead to a very negative experience. It will lead to things like dissociation & depersonalization. It can even lead to things like increased anxiety & depression, as well as psychosis because you are not properly preparing for the experience but microdosing is completely different. Instead of dissociating you, it actually pulls you closer to yourself. It helps you to be more present in life. Microdosing is a sub-perceptual dose, it has a completely different reaction within the system than a big dose would. It will reduce many mental health symptoms instead of increasing them. Microdosing allows you to process that really heavy stuff in a very subtle way that will create positive change in your life over a long period of time. Instead of just diving headfirst into a big experience with no preparation & trying to face it all within a couple of hours. I do agree that this can be a lot for some people, especially people who have been through trauma & struggle with their mental health & it's not something that I recommend to everyone. I will recommend that most people try microdosing because it is absolutely life-changing & it will benefit each & every single one of us, if we are willing to be open to it.

What kind of microdosing regimen should you use?
There are a multitude of different ways that you can work with psychedelic medicine & there are a multitude of different microdosing regimen. As you venture into your relationship with this medicine, you will find which regimen works best for you & sometimes this may shift & be different overtime, depending on what period of your life that you're in. Choose which regimen resonates with you the most or take time to test them all out. There are endless ways to build a regimen based on the type of schedule that you have & based on what you are needing from it. You will learn more about the possibilities & what works best for you as you sink deeper into your relationship with the medicine. These are not the only regimen but here are 6 recommendations that I have for you to get started. Remember to mark your microdose days down on the calendar so you can remember when to microdose. 1 - 1 day on, 1 days off, essentially just taking a microdose every other day. 2 - 1 day on, 2 days off, this is what I recommend to begin beginners to get started & get a feel for it. 3 - 2 days on, 3 days off 4 - 3 days on, 4 days off 5 - 4 days on, 2 days off 6 - 5 days on, 2 days off As I said, these are not the only regiments you can create your own. There are so many different ways to microdose. It is not one-size-fits-all. Don't be afraid to experiment with your own unique regimens to create a schedule that works perfectly for you. There's also something called intuitive microdosing, which is when you microdose based off of your intuition. As your relationship with the medicine gets stronger, you will find that you know what you need each day. Your tolerance to the medicine is going to increase each day that you take it. It is okay to microdose for multiple days in a row, but after about 5 days straight, you won't really get the effects anymore. A lot of people think that this means you need to increase the dose, but this is not something that I recommend. You always want to give your brain & body at least 2 days off the medicine per week to allow your tolerance to drop back down to baseline. The days when you are not taking the medicine is a really good time to reflect on what you learned.
