There are a bunch of neural pathways within our brain & it's how our brain communicates with itself.
It's how the brain gets information from one point to another point & when we experience trauma it disconnects & damages these neural pathways, which is what creates many negative mental health symptoms.
Microdosing promote something called neurogenesis.
This is the creation of new neural pathways & it allows the already existing pathways to begin communicating with each other.
Once these pathways begin to connect, is when information can start being passed back & forth again, but in order for microdosing to work, you have to do it for an extended period of time.
You need to give your brain a chance to be on the medicine.
You have to experience life through that vibration & memorize how it feels in your body.
You have to allow the neurogenesis to take place which takes time.
It will re-train your brain to a much more expanded perspective & it will help you to create those new neural pathways.
