🚨 EA Exam Vendor Change – IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨
Big news for all current and future Enrolled Agents 👀
The IRS has officially transitioned the EA exam vendor to PSI.
That means:
✔️ Scheduling is now done through PSI✔️ Testing center experience may look a little different✔️ Interface and check-in procedures may vary from Prometric✔️ You may see updated availability depending on your location
What This Means For You
If you're testing soon:
- Double-check your exam appointment
- Log into PSI early
- Review their test day requirements
- Arrive a little earlier than usual your first time
If you're planning to test this summer (👀 looking at my June/July crew):Now is the time to familiarize yourself with PSI’s platform.
Change can feel annoying… but remember:
The content of the exam has NOT changed.Circular 230 is still Circular 230.Basis is still basis.Depreciation is still depreciation.(Yes, unfortunately 😅)
