Everyone here is going through something. For me, it was anxiety, panic, and feeling trapped in my own body. I had to rebuild from nothing — step by step. Now I want to know… What are YOU fighting right now? No filters. No pretending.

I didn’t build this from comfort. I built it from survival. Out of nowhere, my throat started closing from food allergies I didn’t even know I had. It triggered anxiety and panic so bad I couldn’t leave my room for 6 months. Then it was the living room. 10 minutes felt like a battle. So I started small. 5 minutes on the elliptical. Then 10. Then I made it to my driveway. I didn’t wait to feel ready. I just kept moving. That driveway became everything. I turned myself into a mechanic. Fixing cars, trucks, boats one at a time.
