✨ You are not here to rescue everyone; support is not the same as carrying.
✨ Check in with yourself daily - Ask: What do I need today? Then honour the answer.
✨ Let yourself receive what you freely give. You deserve the same care you offer everyone else.
✨ Rest is not weakness. It’s maintenance. Even the most reliable hearts need a break.
