General Setup
• Distance: Sit about 12–18 inches (30–45 cm) from the device.
• Session Duration: Start with 10–15 minutes per area, once or twice daily.
• Settings: For most therapeutic uses, keep the RED + NIR lights ON together. This gives a broader biological benefit.
For Insomnia and Sleep Support
• Best Time to Use: 30–60 minutes before bed.
• Settings: Use ONLY RED light (turn off NIR).
• Distance: Sit about 12 inches away, facing the light (you can close your eyes if it feels too bright).
• Duration: 10–15 minutes is ideal to stimulate melatonin and calm the nervous system.
This helps signal to your body that it’s nighttime and supports your circadian rhythm.
For Chronic Illness, Nerve Pain, Fatigue & Brain Fog
• Settings: Use RED + NIR together.
• Target Areas:
• For nerve pain in arms/legs: Point the device directly at the affected areas.
• For brain fog/fatigue: Point the light toward the back of the head, neck, or mid-spine (vagus nerve area).
• Duration: 10–20 minutes per area, once or twice a day
