šŸ’” From Juggling Jobs to Building My Own Online Store
Before I started my business, I was a mother working multiple jobs, always searching for ways to earn more because I had to take care of my family alone. As an only child and a single mom of two, giving up was never an option. One day, I stumbled upon e-commerce. It sounded like the perfect fit, no inventory, no shipping stress, and the freedom to work from anywhere. I went all in. It took me 3 months to set up my store (yes, I was learning everything from scratch šŸ˜…). Then came the hard part… Months 1 to 5 — no sales. I started losing hope, thinking maybe I wasn’t tech-savvy enough. I hired a ā€œmarketing professionalā€ who promised big results if I invested heavily in ads. I paid about $700/month for 4 months, and still got nothing. At that point, I was ready to shut everything down. But then, something shifted. A friend who got help on Upwork suggested I try it too. After some vetting, I found a real professional who did a free store audit. That audit changed everything. Turns out: - My products weren’t trending. - My store wasn’t optimized. - And my design wasn’t appealing. We worked together to fix everything, new products, better branding, and a clear marketing plan. Fast forward 5 months later, my store now generates a steady income every month. šŸ™Œ Below are my results from 5 months ago and my present result. I have learnt to always keep screenshots of my progress overtime. This experience taught me that sometimes, you don’t need to give up, you just need the right person to guide you and a willingness to learn.

Special Q4 Offer for Business Owners, 20% Off Websites & Marketing Services
Hey everyone šŸ‘‹ I rarely make posts like this, but I had to share this one because it’s something that could genuinely help a lot of us this Q4 season. My marketing personnel (who’s been handling my projects for a while now) decided to offer a 20% discount for business owners in need of a website or marketing services, just for this Q4 period. To be honest, this isn’t something she usually does. It actually took a lot of convincing from my end before she agreed to make it available, and I wanted members of this community to be among the first to benefit from it. She’s someone I’ve worked with long-term and trust completely, and part of why I’m sharing this is because I’d rather see people here work with someone trustworthy than fall into the hands of scammers or low-quality service providers. If you’ve been planning to revamp your website, boost your online visibility, or get your marketing right before the holidays, this might be your sign to take action. If you want her contact details or more info about the promo, feel free to drop a comment or DM me.

Business Fail Friday: My Vendor Nightmare 🚨
Hey hustlers! Here’s a hard-earned lesson from last holiday season. I hired a ā€œbudgetā€ overseas vendor for a big project-cheap, fast, 2-week turnaround. Sounded perfect. But delays, poor communication, and endless revisions turned it into a 2-month mess. By the time it wrapped, my peak sales window was gone. Lost about 20% in revenue ($4K) and spent weeks doing damage control. Brutal. Lesson learned: never rely on one untested vendor. Now I work with 2–3 backups, add a 4–6 week buffer, and only scale up after small test projects. I also set clear deadlines (with penalties) and check reviews on Upwork or forums first. How do you vet and manage vendors to avoid these disasters? Share your tips below šŸ‘‡ #Entrepreneurship #BusinessLessons #Scaling #VendorTips

4 Months Into E-commerce… Lessons From My Shopify Journey
Hello everyone, I recently joined this community and thought to share a bit of my journey so far. About four months ago, I stepped into e-commerce as a complete novice. As a stay-at-home mom trying to make ends meet and earn some extra income on the side, I had no idea how much there was to learn. Fast-forward to today, I’m beginning to understand the basics of how consistency, testing, and patience all come together. And now I’m seeing consistent sales and profit on my Shopify store. It hasn’t been easy, but every step has been worth it. One thing I’ve realized is: success in e-commerce isn’t overnight, it’s about building the right habits and systems. I’d love to hear from you: - What was the hardest part of your first few months in business? - If you could go back, what’s one thing you’d do differently when starting out? Looking forward to learning from your experiences too!

I Spent $2,000 on Gadgets That Promised ā€œQuick Fixesā€ā€¦ Nothing Worked
When I first started looking into wellness tech, I was desperate. I tried every gadget and supplement that promised ā€œfast results.ā€ Between tools, supplements, and ads, I ended up losing over $2,000, and still didn’t feel any better. Honestly, I almost gave up. But then I came across light therapy. At first, I thought it was just another hype trend. But once I learned how to actually use it, things shifted. My energy improved, my sleep became deeper, and I finally felt like I wasn’t fighting my body anymore. The crazy part? On top of the health results, I also turned what I was learning into a small income stream through sharing it. Now, instead of losing money chasing ā€œfixes,ā€ I’ve built up an extra $15k+ in side income, just by helping others discover what worked for me. So I’m curious… Have you ever spent money on ā€œwellness hacksā€ that didn’t deliver?
