Over 6 weeks, you’ll follow a therapist-led, step-by-step program designed to help you reconnect with your core, reduce symptoms, and move with confidence again—without pressure or guesswork.
This challenge is for you if you:
- Tried “core workouts” that didn’t help
- Feel disconnected from your core
- Leak, feel pressure/heaviness, or have diastasis recti
- Want guidance that actually makes sense for postpartum bodies
What you’ll get:
- Progressive phased core + pelvic floor rehab
- Short, realistic sessions for busy moms
- Group support + accountability
What happens after:
After completing the first 6 weeks, you’ll have the option to progress into Core Rehab 2, where you’ll build on your foundation and safely move into more advanced strength, impact, and functional work—when your body is ready.
