Hello ladies and thank you for joining the Empowher community! This is Gods plan so all thanks to our Mother in heaven! Wether you are winding down for the weekend or speeding up to have some fun, take a moment to write in your journal or your notes what happened this week that you are grateful for! It does not have to be all big things we should be grateful for all moments! Write down the moments that stood out to you, and ask yourself why you are grateful for that moment. As always I love you ladies and remember. You have the Power to choose and that makes you a powerful person you can make it a great day or not the choice is yours! I am grateful that three beautiful ladies joined my Empowher ( because it's an answered prayer and I pray this group changes their life in a positive way) 2. I am grateful that I singed a very powerful contract this week ( because it's an answered prayer and I'll be able to serve my community in a bigger way) 3. I am grateful I was able to spend quality time outdoors with my boys ( because they are so cute and they make me so happy to be a mother) 4. I am grateful we were able to lay my uncle to rest this week ( because from God we come from to God we return. He completed his time here and now I have more protection in heaven) 5. I am grateful that I did not get the job I wanted ( because something better will come )

As a Caribbean 🇹🇹🇵🇷, I am honored to take this break! Don’t forget our ancestors did not get much rest! Resting your mind and body is apart of healing deep generational wounds. We were overworked and overlooked! So party hard and rest as well. Don’t forget to give thanks to the ones who have paved the way for you! I love you Queens!
