I’m 9 years clean and still learning — some days are steady, some days are messy, but I keep choosing life; recovery isn’t a straight line — when life gets heavy, keep going even on the hard days — you don’t have to do this alone. 🙏

"CHANGE I MUST OR DIE I WILL!" I live by this statement and I am grateful. A friend of mine said this is what I had to understand about a disease called Addiction! Overcoming addiction is a complete change of my ideas and behaviors, I am 5 days away from celebrating 9 years of recovery!! On May 27th please join me in a celebration and a huge milestone!!
