Create Your Non-Negotiables Happy Wednesday everyone! If you want to live in alignment… 👉 you need standards. Not “when I feel like it” habits… Not “I’ll try” energy… ✨ Non-negotiables. These are the habits you commit to no matter what — because they support the life you say you want. 💡 Examples of non-negotiables: • Daily movement (even if it’s just 10–20 mins) • Drinking enough water • Prioritizing sleep • Taking time to reset mentally • Setting boundaries that protect your energy This isn’t about doing everything perfectly… It’s about deciding what actually matters — and honoring it. ✨ Reminder: Your results come from what you do consistently, not occasionally. 👇 Check in below: What are 2–3 non-negotiables you’re committing to starting today?
