Classes
We currently have a class that helps empower you to say “No” confidently this class has 4 modules and is extremely helpful to understand why we struggle as men to say the “N” word. Does anyone have any requests for classes? What is something you’ve found as man that is trying, troubling or even just awkward? I always supply links for supporting material. Our current class is going on special so if you would like help to say “No” without the guilt check it out while it’s $4. Tell your friends aswell and let’s empower more men 🤙🏻

Lately I feel like a clown
Life has become a whole lot of juggling, the struggles of ADHD accompanied with PTSD leaves me finding myself new ideas and new ways to stay busy while trying to make a living. I love being an entrepreneur and could never go back to working for anybody else as an employee but damn is it tiring sometimes. What keeps you busy on the daily fellas?
My Current Dilemma
I’ve been through many challenging times in my life but I’ve found myself in a new position as of late and would like to share how I handle the situation and where I’m heading. But first let’s hear about the dilemma… So I have a younger partner who has never had her own children and I myself have three children, also for context I helped raise my younger siblings so have been parenting for a combined 22yrs. Needless to say my partner has discovered her life path may include her own children, this clearly and quite fairly raised some tension when I stated “I’m too tired and worn out to be a new parent again”. I’m a big believer in chasing the things you want in life, reality is we aren’t here for long so why not do the things we yearn for. So while I am sympathetic to her needs and wants I also have my own, we have spoken many times about this issue over the last 6 months and only yesterday have we made a solid decision in regards to more children in the house. Tell me what you think I should do and I’ll respond with what I have chosen to do. -Ryan 💪🏻

💪 Welcome to Empowering Men — Rise Above Adversity
Hey brothers 👋 I created this community for men who’ve fought through pain, challenges, and setbacks — and decided that’s not where their story ends. This space is about growth, success, mindset, healing, and becoming stronger — together. 🔹 Share your story — what made you want to level up? 🔹 What’s one challenge you’ve overcome that shaped who you are? 🔹 Or just say hi and tell us where you’re from 🙌 We rise by lifting each other — welcome to the movement. 🚀 — Ryan
