Big Changes Are Coming for UK Fitness Coaches Using Instagram Ads!
New UK laws were recently rolled out that make it easier for people to opt out of ad tracking.
Why.... well, Meta broke the rules!
After a long investigation, Meta was fined millions and forced to change how they handle personal data.
This means that we will lose access to crucial data about users interests, behaviours, and actions.
Instagram’s algorithm will have less information to match your ads to the people most likely to buy from you.
Targeting gets fuzzier, ads get less effective, and you have to spend more to get the same results.
But...
Right now, ads are still working.
People haven’t opted out yet.
The window is wide open and smart coaches are doubling down while they can.
But...
We’ll likely feel it harder in 2026, fewer ideal clients reached, higher ad costs, and weaker campaign results.
So here’s exactly what I’ll be doing to stay ahead of the changes...
