Training and Nutrition questions
Hey guys if anyone here wants to talk training or nutrition at all, im your guy. I do all sorts of different training, from weights to cardio (swimming, running, mma, and hiking) as well as yoga and mobility work. I will soon be a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach through ISSA.
