Journaling hope this helps 🫶🏽
Have you taken time to look back at your journals yet? Winter is not just a season—it’s an invitation. A sacred pause that asks us to sit with what has already been lived. When you return to your past entries, you’re not going backward… you’re gathering wisdom. The words you wrote, the emotions you felt, the patterns that showed up—they are all breadcrumbs guiding you forward. Reflection helps you see where you’ve grown, where you’ve been protecting yourself, and where you may still be holding on. It brings clarity to what’s ready to be released and what wants to be nurtured as we prepare for the Spring Equinox. Let yourself read with compassion, not judgment. Notice what themes repeat. Notice what no longer feels true. This is how you begin to understand where you’re going—and what needs your attention as you step into a new cycle of growth. Winter reveals. Spring activates. What you reflect on now becomes the foundation for what you create next. 🌑 Winter Reflection Journaling Exercise: Gathering the Wisdom Set the space Before you begin, create a quiet moment for yourself. Light a candle if you’d like. Take three slow breaths. Place one hand on your heart and remind yourself: I am safe to see myself clearly. Step 1: Return to the past you Open your journal to entries from the past few months (or the past year if that feels right). As you read, don’t rush. Let your body react before your mind does. Write freely in response to this prompt: ✍🏽 What emotions show up most often in my past entries? (Name them without judgment.) Step 2: Notice the patterns Now reflect a little deeper: ✍🏽 What situations, relationships, or themes keep repeating? ✍🏽 Where do I see growth that I didn’t acknowledge at the time? This step isn’t about criticizing yourself—it’s about recognizing your evolution. Step 3: Identify what’s complete Winter is the season of release. Ask yourself: ✍🏽 What feels finished, heavy, or no longer aligned with who I’m becoming? ✍🏽 What am I ready to lay down before the Spring Equinox?

✨ Save the Date: 12/10 ✨
I’m going to show you exactly why I chose 12/12 as my official Self-Love Day — and how YOU can use the sacred energy of this portal to manifest deeper self-love, worthiness, and inner alignment. This isn’t just a cute date. 12 is a powerful spiritual number — the divine masculine + divine feminine + the whole, unified. It represents completion, harmony, rebirth, and stepping into your true identity. That’s why I chose it as the frequency to anchor my self-love journey. And now I’m passing the ritual on to you. ✨ What You’ll Need for the Ritual - Pink candle (or white if that’s what you have) - Marker or pen to write your intention on the candle - Roses to call in softness, healing, and unconditional love On 12/10, I’ll show you how to use this ritual and why this energy is so important. On 12/12, we activate it together. 💗🔥 Get ready to tap into the frequency of love, wholeness, and divine alignment. Your next level of self-love is calling.

Update
How was everyone’s holiday? My apologies for not being as active. Taking care of a sick kid and now I’m under the weather also. I hope you all are doing well. I will set a date for an altar class for next week.
