Finally Getting Repeat Customers 💪
Just finished my second job for a repeat customer.
It hasn't quite been a year yet, but some people are starting to detect the signs that it's time for another dryer vent cleaning, and they're not hesitating to call me.
I've left magnets on all the dryers I've service to make it easy for people to follow up with me, and it appears they're working!
The great thing about the repeats is that I've done the houses before, so I already know the layout. The work goes faster with less mess, too.
I won't lie -- I had a fear in the back of my mind that getting repeats to call me would be just as difficult as getting them the first time, but so far, it's been smooth, and my customers are happy to see me again!
Definitely looking forward to this year
