Hey, I'm Christopher J. Fritz. I'm an author and entrepreneur in Austin, TX.
I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2019 when I quit my "career" with no plan and started playing music on the street to earn some cash while apprenticing under a handyman.
It's been a rollercoaster since then, but during that time, I taught myself how to apply persuasion psychology to all the customer-facing "departments" of a business: marketing, sales, operations, and customer service.
Through that, I came to identify what I understand to be the fundamental structure of how revenue moves through a business.
I call it the Revenue Funnel. The name's not flashy, but it's accurate.
Right now, I'm engaged roughly part time across a handful of projects:
- I run a tiny 6-figure dryer vent cleaning business in Austin
- I help my girl run a tiny 5-figure candle business
- I'm helping scale a local roofing company from $1.5M ARR to $3M ARR
- I'm building Empire Launch to teach my Giant Slayer Method to people who want to use it to build businesses in contested territory
I'm an open book, and I'm here to share everything I know with ambitious entrepreneurs, so I'm looking forward to meeting you.
