We have lots of pics posted for our new practice reading thread. No pressure practice… try to get something that can be validated by the person who posted. Take three deep breaths.. breathe into your heart or solar plexus…. Let your light grow bigger and brighter…. Feel that light…. Invite spirit to help you practice… feel spirit blend with your energy…. Ask spirit to give you 3 things ( words, feelings, anything.. be open to any of it) (1 thing is ok too) be open to all and any impressions. Spirit knows how you receive. Trust. Anything you think or feel after connected is coming from spirit… write it. Even if you’re scared of being wrong. This is how we grow… it’s how we get our ego out of the way. Trust spirit and say the thing through the fear. Being wrong is still practice. And still helping you develop. Being wrong teaches us so much more than being right! Find the lesson… just keep going. No judgement. Just gratitude for the lessons. Spirit is always just a breath away ❤️
