I came across this beautiful reminder today:

And it struck me how often we forget that self-care is not a luxury — it’s a foundation. It's the quiet act of choosing yourself in a world that constantly asks you to choose everything else first.
In our journey toward emotional wellbeing, self-care isn’t just about spa days or taking breaks (though those are wonderful). It’s about intentionally creating space to reconnect with yourself:
✨ Mind — giving yourself permission to rest, reflect, and grow.✨ Body — honoring your physical needs with movement, nourishment, and stillness.✨ Soul — feeding the parts of you that crave meaning, connection, and peace.
When these three elements come into alignment, inner harmony becomes possible — not as a perfect state, but as a practice. A practice of showing up for yourself day after day, even in small ways.
