I came across this beautiful reminder today:

And it struck me how often we forget that self-care is not a luxury β itβs a foundation. It's the quiet act of choosing yourself in a world that constantly asks you to choose everything else first. In our journey toward emotional wellbeing, self-care isnβt just about spa days or taking breaks (though those are wonderful). Itβs about intentionally creating space to reconnect with yourself:
