The roots of anxious attachment run deep, but with time, care, attention and intention, it is possible to shift into a secure way of being. We had early childhood experiences that resulted in our nervous systems creating protective strategies to keep us safe. As adults, those strategies, if left unchecked, can sabotage our relationships (especially the one we have with ourselves). I come to this work from many years on the path that took me from suffering in anxious attachment to self-awareness to becoming secure. It feels so important for me to now share what Iʻve learned so that others can make the shift from old reactive patterns into conscious choice, which looks like full self-acceptance and emotional sovereignty. Thank you for being here. Youʻre in the right place if youʻre ready to grow beyond the limits of anxious attachment and to start living from a place of safety as your authentic self. -- Havilah
