Emotional Freedom - Mastery
What do the different levels mean? 1. Blank Page📝 It’s your move. Quill in hand, the book is open before you, the blank page is waiting. Improvement is your job, not a mood. 2. Clear Glass 🪞 Take off your mask. See your life honestly, without makeup. Your life is not a story to hide behind. 3. Binding Word 🪢 Integrity: what you say and what you do match. 4. Held Heat ⚒️ Balance under pressure. Courage without drama. Heat is allowed. Harnessing it is the skill. 5. Common Table 🪑 The Golden Rule made visible. You carry someone and you let yourself be carried. Everyone has an equal seat. Show loyalty to the people who stay when it is hard. 6. True Measure 📐 Excellence without showing off. Truth with tact. The standard went up. The volume did not. 7. Open Margin 📌 Lifelong learning. Room left on the page. Write in the margins. Nobody here is finished. 8. Inner Room 🚪 Self-mastery. Protect your peace without guilt. Focused awareness lives here: your judgment, effort, and response make up your character. 9. Still Water 💧 Smooth on the surface, the waters run deep. The work is who you are when no one is watching. Calm competence. Boundaries intact. Nothing to prove.

What core belief about yourself is most frequently activated when you feel emotionally overwhelmed?
All three. Which is a direct result of being brought up by a narcissistic parent and an enabler. Strange how we can normalise dysfunctional behaviours and justify them.

The Behaviour You Accept Is The Behaviour You Silently Condone.
This plays into the concept that we are teaching people how to treat us every second of every day. I have often said " if we are getting treated like a doormat somewhere along the line we had to first lie on the floor" Silence Equals Permission. In the English language, to condone means to disregard, overlook, or allow something morally wrong or offensive to happen without criticizing it. When an objectionable action occurs and you say nothing, observers and the person acting both interpret your silence as a green light to continue. I understand it can be a bitter pill to swallow that we have also played a role in the shitty relationship, shitty workplace relationship, or any kind of relationship you care to mention. What do others think of this?
