Struggling with scaling
I’ve always had a hard time scaling and finding the right creatives. I’ve scaled to $10k/day in ad spend before, but never made real profit. The product works and it’s sold decently, but I always end up with super low margins, maybe 5 to 10%. That’s fine when things go well, but as soon as I have 3 or 4 bad days, it eats up all the profit and I’m back at zero or worse. It’s been a constant struggle and I’m honestly stuck. Would really appreciate any advice from someone who’s been through this.
