My name is Ella, and movement has been at the heart of my life for over a decade. With a professional background in dance, contortion and aerial arts, I have dedicated my career to understanding how the body thrives.
Trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire I now work as a contortionist, aerialist and movement coach. Alongside this, I hold qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Breathwork Coach, Flexibility Coach, and Aerial Yoga, Hoop, Sling and Trapeze Instructor.
Whether you have never stepped foot in a gym, are looking to improve your mobility, build strength and confidence, or are already highly flexible and want to take your training to the next level, I can help. My approach combines science-backed training with mindful movement, creating sessions that are challenging, supportive and tailored to your individual goals.
