🍓 Healthy Sugar-Free Strawberry Jell-O for Our Athletes!
Hi everyone! I wanted to share a quick snack idea that’s great for our soccer kids - light, refreshing, and only about 10–12 calories per slice.
Recipe:
  • 2 packs sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
Mix everything, let it set, and slice!
Why it’s good:
  • Hydrating
  • Light on the stomach
  • Strawberries + chia seeds add vitamins and fiber
  • Great after practice or as a quick after-school snack
