Hi everyone! I wanted to share a quick snack idea thatโ€™s great for our soccer kids - light, refreshing, and only about 10โ€“12 calories per slice. Recipe: - 2 packs sugar-free strawberry Jell-O - 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries - 1 tbsp chia seeds Mix everything, let it set, and slice! Why itโ€™s good: - Hydrating - Light on the stomach - Strawberries + chia seeds add vitamins and fiber - Great after practice or as a quick after-school snack Let me know if you want more healthy snack ideas for the kids! โšฝ๏ธโœจ

Hello E.S.A. 24 community! My name is Edgar Gutierrez, father to Layla Gutierrez. Layla is a defensive mid coming from Slammers F.C. Diamond Bar flight 1. As Coach Jessie mentioned on yesterdayโ€™s coaching call, when athletes start craving salty snacks after practice, it is often your body trying to tell you it needs hydration and electrolytes, not chips ๐Ÿ˜… As your community nurse ๐Ÿฉบ, one thing I like and personally use is Ultima Replenisher (0 calories). It is very easy to use. You just pour one packet into your water bottle, shake it, and it is ready. Hello, my name is Brian and Iโ€™m Niko Romeroโ€™s dad. Niko plays for Legends FC SGV Boys 2015 and is currently on the Flight 3 team. Heโ€™s been playing winger, but weโ€™re hoping to see him transition into striker as he keeps developing. His goal is to earn a spot on the Boys 2015 Flight 1 team by next spring or summer. Heโ€™s driven, he loves the game, and he shows up ready to work. He also loves Jesus and serves at church, which makes me proud of the young man heโ€™s becoming. Weโ€™re confident weโ€™re in the right place, and weโ€™re excited to see how he grows under Jessieโ€™s coaching.
