As Coach Jessie mentioned on yesterdayโs coaching call, when athletes start craving salty snacks after practice, it is often your body trying to tell you it needs hydration and electrolytes, not chips ๐
As your community nurse ๐ฉบ, one thing I like and personally use is Ultima Replenisher (0 calories). It is very easy to use. You just pour one packet into your water bottle, shake it, and it is ready.
