🔓 START HERE: Welcome to the AI Strategic Advisor Hub!
START HERE: welcome to the AI Strategic Advisor Hub Here's how this place works. WHAT YOU CAN DO RIGHT NOW, FREE → Start Here — 5 lessons, about 20 minutes, ends with you posting your first piece of work → The 7-Day Sprint — pick ONE track: Generic, SaaS, or E-commerce. One hour a day. → The Shelf — three advisor tools, free, no signup. They change on the 1st of every month. Finish a Sprint and you'll have a niche, a $3–5K offer and a delivery model that fits in 12 hours a month. Built on your own practice, not a case study. THE ONE RULE Pick one Sprint track and stay in it. Doing all three isn't thoroughness, it's avoidance. WHERE TO POST Intros — your introduction, below Wins — results. Fee band and sector, never client names Feedback Friday — work you want torn apart Help Desk — questions. Search the Archive first, it's probably answered INTRODUCE YOURSELF BELOW (1) who you are (2) your niche, or "still deciding", that's a perfectly good answer (3) your #1 goal for 2026 I reply to every one. WHAT'S BEHIND THE PAYWALL The 60-Day Path to a signed client, The Vault (41 run-books, 12 templates, 12 industry guides, all 22 tools), One Client to Five, and the Archive, $49/month for the first 50 members, locked for as long as you stay. Housekeeping: DM me for billing.
The 14 minute CFO snapshot that lives in my EA OS Hub
I haven't manually built a client snapshot in 6 months. It still goes out every Monday morning. Personalised. One page. Their actual numbers. The difference is what happens between Sunday night and 7am Here is the exact sequence. Sunday night. I open FinPulse and update each client. 10 minutes. Voice dictation I speak the numbers straight from the source into the fields. Revenue. Margins. Cash position. Runway. Every metric mapped to that client's KPI targets. Then I close the laptop. Monday, 6:50am A Claude Skill fires. It reads the FinPulse export. Compares it to last week. Flags anything that moved more than 5 percent. The Skill knows the format: 3 wins, 2 watch items, 1 priority action. Monday, 6:52am The Financial Health Assessment scores feed in. The 8-metric health check produces Green, Yellow, Orange, or Red. The Skill writes those scores into the snapshot narrative. Monday, 6:54am The Growth Lever Prioritizer completes the picture. The Skill identifies which lever moved, and whether the recommended action was actually taken. Monday, 6:55am The snapshot is drafted. One page. Clean. The client's real numbers. Same format every single week. Monday, 6:59am I review. Adjust one sentence. Approve. The Calendar connector confirms the client's next meeting and attaches the snapshot as the agenda. 10 minutes of dictation Sunday. 4 minutes of review Monday. Every client. Every week. Same quality. The apps make the Skill valuable. The Skill makes the apps automatic. The Claude Project setup guide inside the HUB shows you exactly how to build this Skill for your own practice. If this is the kind of practice you're trying to build, please leave a comment. if you want to install this System in your practice have a look at the OS here: https://eaos-landing.netlify.app/
I just made the entire OS clickable. Here's the tour.
Win the client. Build the offer. Deliver in 12 hours. Grow the account. One system does all of it. Here's the thing though. This isn't another prompt pack or a skill you'll forget by Friday. It's the operating system I wish existed when I started. The Hub, the AI agents, the skills, and the full client journey, all wired together into one thing. And instead of trying to explain it, I built an interactive tour you can click through in about 4 minutes. You'll walk the whole system, act by act: → The Hub that knows your clients and runs your apps → The orchestrator that turns one sentence into a full prep pack → Win a client by proving value live, before a price exists → Build an offer priced on value, not hours → Deliver board-grade work in 12 hours a month, every figure verified → Grow the account and turn each win into inbound → The Elite layer of 30+ apps, 31 agents, 95 skills and 40 workflows working as one The whole point is simple. Anyone can copy a prompt. No one can copy the system. And the advisor who ties every service to a client's growth stops being a cost and becomes the one they protect. I'm sharing this with our community first because you're the people actually building a practice, not just collecting tools. Click through it, then hit reply and tell me which act hit hardest. If it's a fit, we'll talk. 👇 Take the full guided tour here: [ CLICK HERE for the TOUR LINK ] PS. It's built for all three of us: the advisor landing their first client, the one with a full book, and the FP&A climbing into advisory. You'll see your stage in there.
