The most successful servant leaders in the world all require the very best effort from those they lead. This is the standard they maintain to continue to be on the team. You give your very best or you find something else to do. They aren't afraid to ask for the very best effort of their teams because the know that's the only way to become great at anything. This standard is universal and it has be modeled. We have to give our very best day in and day out. It's this high daily standard that separates them from the rest. The lifestyle of giving your very best day in and day out is a price most aren't willing to pay. Let us all seek to give and do our very best daily.
