🚀 HIRING: Head Setter & Closer (Remote — Full Time)
Join a fast-growing online fitness company for women, focused on helping clients get strong, confident, and consistent through science-backed coaching. We’re expanding fast — and we’re looking for a high-performance Head Setter & Closer to lead our pipeline and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead + coach a small setter team
- Take ~30% of sales calls
- Optimise scripts, systems, and funnel performance
- Consistently hit strong show + close rates
Schedule
You must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday — 12–7 PM UK time.
Compensation
💰 OTE: $3,750–$5,000/month
10–14% personal closes + 2% override on setter revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Experience closing high-ticket offers
- Experience leading or managing setters
- Strong communicator and KPI-driven
- Full-time availability and high-performance mindset
