This is a long post so just bear with me. I was reflecting on life today and a while back I remember I was doing a BJJ class with coach Evan and he said something really profound that he may not even recall saying. I'm paraphrasing but he said, "It's just fear... I fight a war with fear everyday. Fear is the only thing holding you back from achieving everything you've ever wanted." I tend to overthink things in the critical moments, but luckily over the years I have gotten better with it. This thought that Mr. Evan had was useful because it allows me to minimize fear to, "Just fear." I have realized a lot of the times fear actually hurts us more than what we are actually afraid of. So I urge you guys to maybe face your fears this coming week and push forward toward success.
