Your Resume/CV Is Not a Social Profile — Don’t Add Your Picture

Adding a picture can make your application look unprofessional or introduce bias. Remember: if they want to see your face, they’ll check your LinkedIn profile. Your resume is a professional document, not a catalogue or social media profile. Focus on showing value, results, and impact; that’s what gets interviews.
