Welcome to The Lead Flow Community! Really glad you’re here. This community is for coaches, consultants, and service providers who are getting interest—but not enough of that interest is becoming paying clients. Here’s where to start. 1. Take the FREE Leak Flow Assessment. The Leak Finder will help you look at the four places where leads commonly disappear: - Positioning - Messaging - Offers - Follow-up Take the FREE Leak Flow Finder Assessment here: https://leadflowdiagnostic.com/leakfinder 2. Review What Came Up Make a note of: - The leak or leaks that stood out - The signs you’re currently seeing in your business - Where people appear to stop moving forward - Any result that surprised you The Finder helps you recognize where a problem may be showing up. It does not mean you need to immediately rewrite your website, change your offer, or create an entirely new strategy. The place where someone disappears is not always where the problem began. Start by paying attention to the evidence. 3. Introduce Yourself Create a post and tell us: - What you do - Who you work with - The offer you’re currently focused on - Where you think people may be disappearing - What you’d most like to improve You don’t need to have everything figured out. Give us enough information to understand your business and point you toward the most useful conversations and resources. 4. Explore the Community Inside the community, you’ll find practical conversations, examples, workshops, and resources covering: - Positioning - Messaging - Offers - Follow-up - Turning interest into paying clients Use what applies to your business, ask questions, and share what you’re noticing. Want Kara to Look at Your Business? It can be difficult to diagnose your own lead flow because you already know what you meant to communicate. Your audience can only respond to what they actually see and understand. The Lead Flow Diagnostic™ is a complete expert review of your positioning, messaging, offer, follow-up, and the path someone takes from first finding you to becoming a paying client.

The Lead Flow Workshop
People are interested. So why aren’t they becoming clients? Before you assume you need more leads, you need to know where your current ones are disappearing. That’s what we’re doing inside The Lead Flow Workshop. We’ll look at the path someone takes from first finding you to becoming a paying client—and the places where interest can lose clarity, confidence, or momentum. You’ll learn how to review: - Your positioning - Your messaging - Your offer - Your call to action - Your follow-up - The next step you’re asking people to take You’ll leave with a clearer idea of where leads may be dropping off and what needs a closer look before you post more, network more, or change the wrong thing. The Lead Flow Workshop Tuesday, August 4, 2026 11:00 AM Eastern Live on Zoom Replay available Follow-along workbook included $22 Register here: https://elevategrowthconsulting.co/the-lead-flow-workshop You must register to receive the Zoom link.

Read The Lead Flow System
Want more Lead Flow insights in your inbox? I write about the places interest gets lost before it becomes a paying client. Positioning that is being perceived differently than you intended. Messaging people like—but do not recognize themselves in. Offers that sound helpful but never become necessary. Follow-up that starts strong and then disappears. My Substack, The Lead Flow System, is where I unpack those gaps with practical examples, honest observations, and straightforward business advice. No more assuming the answer is more posting, more networking, or more visibility before you know what is actually broken. Subscribe here (free or paid): https://leadflowsystem.substack.com/welcome New articles are published weekly, along with shorter notes and Lead Flow reminders throughout the week.

The First Question Your Messaging Has to Answer
Here’s a quick way to look at your messaging today: When we explain what we do, we usually start from the expert side. We talk about the process, what’s included, how it works, and all the reasons it’s valuable. But the person reading it is usually trying to answer something much simpler: Is this for someone like me? Will it help with what I’m dealing with right now? What would be different afterward? That doesn’t mean you need to simplify your actual work. It means the first few words someone sees should help them recognize themselves before you give them all the details. Take a look at the first sentence you use to explain your business or offer today. Would the right person immediately understand who it’s for and why they should keep reading? Drop that one sentence below if you’d like. I’m happy to tell you the first question it leaves me with as a potential buyer.

Introduction
What I do: I run Persephone’s Sky, a small community support project in rural Appalachian Ohio. I create clarity tools, grounding cards, and simple resources that help overwhelmed adults stay steady and move through real life challenges. Who I work with: Rural, working class adults. Caregivers. People rebuilding. People carrying a lot at once who need calm, practical support. The offer I am focused on: My Rural Resilience Toolkit and my grounding and clarity card sets. They give people quick support without long programs or heavy content. Where people may be disappearing: My visibility is low. My content is gentle, but I think the connection is not landing strongly enough. People may not understand what the tools actually help with. What I would most like to improve: Clearer messaging, stronger connection, and better visibility while keeping the quiet, supportive tone my community needs.
