Okay so… I was mid mace practice and my brain decided to interrupt with a download… so, here we are 😂
This is one I keep relearning (apparently forever):
What if…
the reason it’s been feeling “hard” lately… has nothing to do with stickiness…
and everything to do with evolving faster than your old pace can keep up?
Like your body’s trying to move at a new rhythm
but your brain’s still hyper focused on the old shit.
Pause for a sec and really feel that… just what if.
