Most of you think when you fall off, you’re back at zero.
Not true.
First time you build momentum, it takes long. You’re learning discipline. You’re figuring yourself out.
Then life hits and you drop back down. You feel like you’re Level 1 again.
Cool. But you’re not the same Level 1.
You’ve already built Level 50 once. So when you rebuild, you climb faster. Less time for the same result.
And the best part is every time this resets, you get back to that higher level even faster than last time. Eventually it takes you 2 days to feel 100 again. Eventually it’s so automatic that ruts either barely happen or u aint even tripping when they do!!!
The mistake is trying to perform at Level 50 while you’re mentally at Level 5. Lower the bar for a few days. Win small. Stack momentum. Then scale.
